I have to pee almost every hour and sometimes every 2 hours. I wake up between 3-5 times at night and it doesn’t matter if I haven’t had a lot of fluids… I’ll still pee and it’s not an urge to pee and then nothing is in there, its not that … it’s actually a straight up full bladder. I’ve had this for 15 years and I have had many tests over the years and sadly nothing has changed the issue. I only notice a change if I literally dehydrate myself… so if I don’t have anything.. no fruits, no water, no liquids no yogurt nothing like that… then I’ll be okay lol… it sucks. Sometimes I hold it in because my friends will say “ holy crap you just went twice… something is wrong “ so it gets embarrassing

I’ll drink 1 cup of coffee when I wake up, and I’ll have a cup of water every couple of hours. I’m extremely healthy, I have no UTI infection, no leaky bladder, none of that stuff. So if I don’t drink excessive water and coffee, and don’t have any problems with my body, then why do I need to pee every hour?

I don’t take medications I don’t drink caffeine I don’t have infection . I got up to pee 4 am 5 am 6 am 7am 7:30 8 and 8:30 for over 20 years I kinda got use to it . I just hate when Iam on a road trip or in a plane people look at you constantly taking bathroom breaks

I drink Gingerale and then I just had this thing or like I couldn’t stop feeling like I have to pee and anytime I will go to bathroom a little tiny bit come out and it only happens like every second I try to get through it but it’s really weird i’m gonna try to hold off on the Gingerale. Once I’m done with this one I’m gonna go to ice because ice doesn’t have that much sugar in it no caffeine it might help.

My longest time went without peeing when I'm in high school was 1 hour and 50 minutes, and I haven't went longer than that without peeing when I'm in high school

This seems to have become a major topic of conversation these days! And maybe we should all get a life! But since you ask, my answer to this is "no". The interval of time should be about every four to six hours. LOL!

I'm 31 and I just got out of hospital after 7 long months of fighting off the infection. Then I came home and everything was fine until early November, I started to pee every 1 hour for a couple of days. I'm disappointed that I have to go through this for the rest of my life. 😔

If u pee lots all of a sudden, i do too. Here are some reasons ive found:
Stress
High blood suger
Diabetes and insulin resistance
Infection
Cafeine
Medications
Pcos and hormones
