Drink warm water with juice of one fresh lemon, intermittent fasting, OMAD, workout daily for the last 43 years, no carbs except in vegetables and some fruits, turkey, salmon, eggs and cottage cheese for protein...I am 73 ❤😂

I eat ground fresh ginger root in lemon and vinegar that i make about a 10 day supply and eat 2 big tablespoons a day. Makes my tummy happy, and hudes the vinegar, and simetimes chase it wirh pineapple juice. Pineapple and ginger, yum! I used it for inflammation.

I’m on Day 3 now and while the ACV drink is the most unpleasant part, I def feel like this detox routine has been effective. I do have more energy than in the past when I’ve started my day with coffee. I also noticed I’ve been getting tired and falling asleep earlier in the night (but that could just be because of Daylight savings).

Wow❤️! It is amazing what can be found in Search, when there is a dire need. You are absolutely lovely! I’ve only watched this Detox Segment. Feel like I’m 29, but reality I’m not. I need to make serious changes regards to my health. I am struggling with this chapter in my life. I’ve undergone many surgeries considering and suffered from the effects of and reactions to the medications. Needless to say, GOD spared my life and my Angels carried me thru. I want 2024 to be the beginning of a Whole New World for me! I desire to become the Best Version of Myself! It starts with altering my habits and finding a Peaceful Balance in everyday living.
