This 30 minute full body kettlebell workout is going to blast all of our major muscle groups with simple, but super effective kettlebell exercises! This is a perfect workout if you are a beginner to kettlebell training. You will only need one kettlebell for this workout and a dumbbell can be substituted if needed.

I don't know why this video doesn't have more comments. It's the perfect 30-minute kettelbell workout! I've been working out with Kayleigh for over a year now, and I never saw it until a week ago. I did it yesterday, and believe me, everything hurts today.

Great, here I started the first day of the third week, my fitness is very high, I also practiced cardio for 10 minutes and walked up to five thousand steps I did not finish because my time is tight, thank you❤

Love you Kayleigh! I always try to do exercises but I am not in love with it, I don’t want to do anything more than 30 mins, I hate running and I have to force myself to do Hiit, but your video make the 30 mins go fast! I love all the strength training videos you make, I don’t find them too hard but I do fear muscle aches afterwards for a few days, so they are working!!! Please keep it up, and if you can, please make more killing videos for lazy women like me:)

I had never worked with kettlebells before, but since I trust Kaleigh with « all things workout » I purchased a kettlebell set and did this workout. I was pleasantly surprised! I will be doing this again for sure! 💪🏻🤩💜
