Incredible video man. I don't usually comment on videos, but it's worth thanking you. As a calisthenics newbie, I think this is the best video I've seen on how to get started. I was also surprised by the part about warming up the joints beforehand, a very good point that I rarely see mentioned. In summary, a very good video, I hope many people see it.

This is so cool, I've only recently started doing 75 Hard and this is the first time I feel like I' am having fun because I see changes in my body already at the day 10. Calisthenics always seemed kinda hard to get into but you've placed it as something like a skill that you get into and boy that's like my #1 motivation to play games, is see my skill rise. And to think that one day I WILL stand on my hands and do all kinda crazy stuff just motivates me so much. Nothing beats the feeling when you are now able to do something you couldn't imagine being able to do

Thanks man. I used to be a gym bro but with work I don't have time or energy to deal with the gym anymore. I've got weights at home but like you said, "it's boring" and I agree.
Was looking for a simple concise guide on getting started and this was it. Between this, stretching routine and the weights I think I'm done buying gym membership.

Very good and informative video and not even 10 mins long. Much better than those influencers with hundreds of thousands of subs. Even when you blow up in subs (which you will, if you keep it up), don't change bro.

Been doing calisthenics for 3-4 years now, and I'd suggest using weights for leg workout (very light weight, something around 5-6kg) IF you want more bulky legs but if you want your legs to be just muscular enough to balance the proportions, then rather using weights just do each exercise till muscle failure and this guy's physique is ACTUALLY possible through calisthenics, but you NEED TO HAVE PATIENCE!!
