Over the last several years I have completely changed my entire life by losing 30 Kgs and finding a passion in bodyweight training. In this video I show where I have come from and what got me there, to where I am today! If you are interested in losing weight and getting fitter and stronger, but like I was, are unsure of what the best way to do it is then hopefully this video can give you the motivation or ideas to make that change today! I am so happy I have been on this journey and experienced all of the battles and emotions that come with a weight loss and fitness transformation as it has enabled me to help others who are just like me!

COVID-19 Workout Progress
Started: 72 kg (4/24/2020)
Current: 64 kg (9/29/2020) - im getting so close to my goal!!
Goal: 62 kg

1 year, 1 month journey.
Method: workout and good nutrition habits (nothing radical, just better choices) 💪😍
I used to be the biggest couch potato. I didn't think I had the strength for this. But it turns out everyone has. It's a mind thing.

I'm overweight and so sick of being unhealthy. I'm starting to exercise more and eat healthier. Wish me luck!

Starting weight: 84 kg
Goal: 70 kg

Update: I lost 1 kg, but I just exercised 2 times this week. I hope I do better this week.

3 weeks update: I gainded 1 kg so I'm back at the starting point. Hope to do better

I’m fat and my whole school knows it. Since of corona I want to lose weight and shock people after corona. I hate photos because I feel uncomfortable and everyone around me is skinny. I’m 13 and very tall I weigh 70 kg and my goal is 50-55 kg wish me luck ! hello guys it’s me 2 months later thanks everyone for all the likes and helpful comments I was shocked by the amount of people going through the same thing I did start working out and lost 5 kg then gained it back and I’m still stuck at 70 kilos I’ve grown even taller so I’m now 5’8 and I still look the same I am trying to lose weight for myself I don’t go out because I’m scared people will judge me so I need to make a change and try a diet and exercise again and I must gain some will power but thanks everyone for the support I’ll update again one day :)

Current Weight: 105.4kg

[edit] 2 weeks later (17th); 94 kg 🤨 -> i practiced a lot less, and ate a lot of chocolate, i became less motivated. but i’ll start my diet again on the 18th. i’ll keep posting.

Start: 92 kg
Now: 84.8 kg
Goal: 70 kg

Start (March 6): 92 kg

(June 16): 77.4 kg

(July 10): 73.8

Now (Feb 22): 67.1 kg

WE CAN DO IT!!!!

(Also I want to add that I quitted doing sport as I’m on final exams, but I’m waiting to get to 70 kg to start my muscle transformation :))
UPDATE: I did my muscle transformation and gained 2 kg of muscle (Feb 22)

I was at almost 82kg in October 2022, now I'm at 68kg in June 2023. I still have some weight to get rid off but I feel so proud of myself. I've never felt better than I do now. I feel more confident, my back doesn't hurt like it used to, I sweat less whenever I do sport or just walk outside... Finally ❤️
Congrats to the others you can do it, and thank you for sharing your experience in video, it's thanks to people like you that this was made possible
