1. Develop a night time routine (set an alarm to go to bed, turn off screens, relax/meditation/yoga)
2. Get in movement during the day.
3. Eat enough protein.
4. Eat enough fiber.
5. Drink enough water (carry a bottle with you. About 1/2-1oz. per your weight)
6. Get some sun (10 minutes or so each day).

Thank you for these tips I had saw a lot of videos about this point but yours is the best
I have to study for my exams but I always fell tired but I think these tips will help me and for me the best way to take energy is the music but I can’t focus when I listen to them 😅

1. Avoid negativity, surround with positive people. Choose friends wisely.
2. Plants and aroma diffuser helps as from my experience. Plants produce oxygen.
3. Travel and enjoy.
4. Give yourself a break sometimes. Work hard, play harder. Life is short, it is ok to fail, just learn from it and come back.
