Plantar fascitis commonly causes stabbing pain that usually occurs with a first step in morning.

It often presents as heel pain, worse with initial steps after a period of inactivity. It will also get worse often with prolonged weight bearing and activity.

I got this dr . I checked my Vit D level it was very low . With ortho dr consultation I took vit d dosage and exercise. Now I feel good.

I had severe pain last year.i reduced sugar intake and follow low carb diet.also switched to mcr footwear. i reduced 5 kg becoz of diet. Cant go for walking becoz of pain only diet.slowly my pain gone completely .

I was undergoing this pain for few years before pandemic. When i changed my office shoes i felt better and after few weeks the pain vanished.

I have vit d regularly but still my heel and arch area which doesn't have an arch but flat feet pains a lot😢i too have plantar fasciitis, but only physio helped me a lot.
In managing the pain.

Two weeks ago, I went through this pain. My GP said there's nothing to worry about; it's called plantar fasciitis. YES, my GP said change my footwear. (Soft)
