This video is easy to follow along with especially for someone like me that’s never done a squat a day in her life. If you are sedentary and think this is a good beginner video, you are right but do your stretches and take it easy! I thought no big deal, i’ll knock out this 6 minutes and maybe even feel a little sore afterwards. Well the DOMS hit me and im dead 12 hours later, I strained a quad muscle! I know this was my own fault not properly stretching or really planning anything at all. I stumbled upon it and thought it looked “easy” and did it. NOPE! Not easy for someone that isn’t active. Just want to share my experience with you all so you prepare better than I did.
