The first couple of minutes were easy😀
The next minutes passed with the thought that it was hard, but you haven’t stop if you started.

But when the jumps started at 5:04, I realized that this was the last physical activity for me for today, which killed me🤣

Thanks for the challenge. It was hard, but interesting👍

Hey Maddison. Been doing your workouts since January and seeing the results. Was wondering if you could do a short on how to do proper squats. I don’t think I always do them right and when this happens, my knees really hurt. Thanks so much…can’t wait to try this squat challenge!,

just a while ago I remembered how I used to do 300 reps of squats when I started doing your workouts at the beginning of 2021. now I don't dare do those but this 100 reps is giving me hope.
