Good morning, Inger!

Thank you so for posting this video! I am a soldier in the United States Army and do this workout to your video almost every day that I go to the gym! It is my secret weapon and has really helped take away knee pain, by strengthening the supporting muscles in my legs. I've probably watched it 1, 000+ times.

I do your version and then I also do a calf-raise version immediately after to really destroy my legs. It's amazing! None of my soldiers do it with me, because they can't handle the pain. But because of you and your motivation, I can do multiple iterations now in succession -- and it has changed my life!

At 37-years-old, I am still one on the fastest and strongest soldiers in my unit. And I still dominate the youngsters in every sport as well... And I think THIS is the workout that has benefitted me, and helped me sustain such longevity, the most. 💪

So I wanted to personally thank you. I appreciate you very much and I will watch this video until the end of my days. ❤️

If you want it a little more spicy try to pulse while squatting on the part where he sings "oh miss Lucy dead and gone" ecc ecc while following music rythm. It's going to hurt like hell but gives you nice muscles.

The regular legs, bums and tums class teacher hasn't been around for a couple of weeks so we have had one of my gym's personal trainers taking the class. He loves this workout and it is a killer! I have incorporated it into my regular training routine on the weights so that I can cope with it. It hurts like crazy but I am learning to enjoy the challenge. I know I have felt pain even worse than I get from this one, it kind of palliates the pain I endure from the work out!

It’s great for sit ups too but never let your back touch the floor for the entirety of the song. Works your abs so good!
