SQUAT CHALLENGE // That's right guys it's time for a workout challenge. We are going to bust out 100 squats in less than 5 minutes. 10 different squat exercises - 10 reps of each This is going to be fun :D You can also use these moves as part of a 30 day squat challenge woohoo!

Doing this at home during the Coronavirus outbreak, to keep up with my soccer training. Doing this everyday after my ballwork or runs! Easy but works awesome!

I love this workout! I have been doing it for 5 days in a row and my legs and butt are looking better!!! I can't wait to accomplish the 30 day challenge!!!

Done! Thank you for all of your workouts. I love love your low impact workouts in particular. I’ve had 6 children in 10 years, the last delivery was twins a year ago. I’m working hard to be strong and to lose the weight! Thank you!

I did it ...I got through the whole workout! Thanks for your great videos, I never thought it would be so easy to do 100 squats and I am just getting back into shape from size 28 to size 16/18 now so I agree push yourselves and you can get this done!
