I’ve been doing this for a week and a half now and my legs are already in such good shape! It burns but it’s worth it for results

A year later and I'm still doing this one at least twice a week. Keeps my legs and quads toned and strong.

All I can say is that this work out is awesome! I went to gym for 5 months and I didn't get the same good results as I am getting now just doing these online. Guess it's because in gym there's always pressure for getting more and more weight and I felt like I was getting bigger and heavier.

Now I'm doing this one, the 4 minute arm toning and the 5 minute flat belly one about 3 times a week. Occasionally I do the 10 min cardio jump as well.

It's been amazing! And I don't need to leave my house. Thank you Anna and POPSugar!

This is awesome! Very manageable, too. I'm a weakling, and only needed minimal modification.
Update: this really does help tone the butt. Mine feels firmer and shapelier after doing this workout almost daily in addition to bodyweight exercises or the Strong by Zumba video on this channel.

I’m doing this exercise!
Day 1: it hurts so much, have to take stops for seconds. I’m basically the girl in blue lol
Day 2: my legs still hurt since yesterday. Somehow it gets a bit easier.. still need to take break for seconds
Day 3: ❌ can't stand properly, I'll rest today
Day 4: ❌ have no time today, but my legs felt better, gonna do 2 sets tomorrow
Day 5: done once. Now can walk normally again lol
Day 6: done 2 sets! (am + pm)
Day 7: ❌
Day 8: done once

This is a great workout; be sure to warm up and keep your cool for the last minute because it's awesomely vicious! Love it!

This was amazing. After a horrible 2022 I have become a gym delinquent. I managed to do this tonight and feel better already. One step closer to getting back to where I was and beyond. Great video. Thank you so much

Thank you so much for getting right to the content in this video. Many similar videos give a 90+ seconds (sometimes 3 minutes!!?) introduction about liking and subscribing and some other junk that I usually skip and then end up skipping the entire video.
I use this on my breaks at work and don't have time for the "fluff" (and I suspect it is ego-based, more than promotion of their products). I very much appreciate your work and dedication to helping others get healthy and feel stronger.

I'm so glad I found your video. I have wanted something short that I can preform each day...or at least 6 days a week. I do not want a bigger butt...I want to reduce the fat at the top of my butt...or would that be the hips? At 74, I'm please that I can keep up with you younger ladies...with the exception of the leg raises...my balance isn't as good as yours but I'm sure it will improve. Thank you for your video.
