Focus on scale has been my challenge. But I have been just doing a weekly look and focus more on clothes fitting better and inches being measured. Thank you for all your videos. :)

I totally was addicted to the number on the scale! I lost 50lbs, but as soon as I hit a plateau I lost the drive to keep going & ended up gaining almost all of it back. Having trouble getting started again.

I DID ALL OF THEM LOL and I learned all of them the hard way. Another lesson that I learned the hard way recently is focusing more on weight training than cardio to lose fat. Now I understand why I was losing fat more easily last year than now (doing only cardio). Gotta get back to my weights 💪🏻

I love water and I love to drink water but I have to disagree Lacey, water does not control my hunger 🤣 🤣 🤣 I wish it did. I find that when I drink water and I am hungry all it does it make me feel full, but I still feel hungry. I do not know if that makes any sense or not. But I do make an extra effort to make sure that I drink plenty of water because it keeps my skin looking great. I love your channel Lacey you always provide great information that makes total sense.

I'm doing intermittent fasting but I like my gin and whiskey too much. Weight is going off but very slowly xxx

It’s either you have small amount of white around your eyes or just really really big eyes.
