1. No fruits after meals.
2. No tea - do-
3. No water - do -
4. No bath - do-
5. No sleep - do - 100 steps after meals. Lie down on left side .
6. Wear loose clothes
7. Vajrasana after meals
8. Nishpandbhav close eyes and calm down
9. Shavasana after a small stroll.
10. No tv mobile phone
11 . Eat in silence
12. Food is god . Respect it.
✨Pray before Eating food. ✨

Dear Dr. Hansaji ! May Allah Subhanah bless you with peace and prosperity.
Your videos are very much informative and useful.
Our Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) advised not to drink water after meal. However, drinking water before meals is the best for health and fine if drink between the meals.
It's good that you too don't allow drinking water soon after the meals.
I wish good health for you.
