This hardcore lower abs workout is specifically designed to tighten and tone your lower core.
It consists of 14 no repeat exercises, each lasting 40s.
It is a bodyweight only workout so no need for any equipment, just a mat.

Remember that it is not possible to burn fat of one specific body part and not others. Fat loss is a combination of exercise and well balanced diet.

However, by strengthening your core including your lower abs your stomach will be tighter and more toned.

I can do ab work every day. I don't know if you're supposed to be I'm all for it. Strong core means everything. It's the center of our bodies for a reason. It looked like you were moving to the song lol.

Great ab workout video. You know bicycles are one of my favorites, and the single leg drops are a great one as well to build up to doing a full dead bug, which is also one of the best ab exercises.
PS: Loved the music selection as always, not only because I've used a couple of those songs too 😂, but because it fit perfectly!

I’ll take my hat off to you on that one... that’s pretty tough going. I thought my abs were pretty solid but this properly put them to work. I’ll try and do this every other day at the end of my mobility session 👍🏼
