I love to make my own hot cocoa. It’s so easy to do – takes less than 2 minutes & with less added sugar (and way less expensive) it’s my go-to choice for cold winter mornings🙌🏻👌🏻When made with water and 1 tsp of sugar, it contains only 25 calories! As a bonus cocoa powder is packed full of antioxidants that can do everything from fight inflammation to reduce blood pressure and raise healthy HDL cholesterol levels 🍫 So I can definitely raise a glass to that!⁠

Here’s how to make it:⁠ 1 oz warm water or milk⁠ 1 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder⁠ 1 tsp sweetener of your choice (stevia, sugar, monk fruit etc)⁠ .⁠ .⁠ Stir cocoa powder and sweetener into warm water until fully blended. Enjoy (or top with whipped cream and enjoy!)⁠ .⁠ To add the snowman, just simply use pretzel sticks to create arms and legs, large marshmallows for the body, and a candy corn nose☃️⁠ .⁠ So easy, so tasty, & so perfect for this crazy cold weather we are having.
