In 9 months, I lost 53# on the Carnivore lifestyle. I was drinking heavy cream in my de-caf coffee in the morning. I decided to try eliminating heavy cream for 30 days and very quickly, I lost another 10#'s. I think that 10% cream in the morning coffee adds a lot of calories. If your weight stalls, try eliminating the cream from your coffee and see what happens. Good luck, everyone!

If you want that hot beverage in the morning, start having bone broth instead of coffee.

Dairy isn't one food. It would be helpful if people were more specific. Butter and cream go good with scrambled eggs. Fresh cheese curds and beef sticks work great on the road. But I have no use for cheese at home. Raw milk is great for young kids. I did use it at work to replace soda. And it did cure several health issues. Just make sure you never mix it with stevia chocolate syrup.

I'm looking at the dairy, I've not been on carnivore long but my initial weight loss/girth from going keto has deffo stalled. Cheers for this vid🙂🙂

I was a veggie for 20 years and I ate cheese like it was going out of fashion. Obviously that was my body telling me it needed essential nutrients and vitamins. I’m still addicted but I manage to eat it more sparingly.

Ok, I don't understand that. They say women need more fat to lose weight. That's the easiest way to get more fat in my diet. I'm stumped.

Oh yes dairy is a tough one to cut down, butter cream and cheese are addictive ... ongoing struggle here :¬)

Simple truth is that it has nothing to do with dairy! People seem to think that on a fat diet you can just eat whatever calories you want and lose weight. It's still about calories in calories out. So all you did is just cut out calories.
