if we keep the protein intake at upper limit (2g / kg body wt.) and keep the total calories at maintanence level would the muscle growth be same as the 1.5g/kg with 300-400 calories surplus this was somthing i heard called lean bulk please clarify this and if you can make a short on this it would be really helpful
