The plyometric box is considered one of the ultimate forms of exercise equipment selections for a lot of good reasons and in this video, Coach Brian and the QUAD QUEEN Ashley Castleberry show you exactly how to use this one amazing exercise correctly in order to Build STRENGTH & Increase POWER.

Plyometric box exercises are widely used exercises that activate the largest, most powerful muscles in the body and may be the greatest test of total-body strength and muscular endurance.

All of the major muscles are involved in these exercises: the pecs, lats, arms, core, the quadriceps, hamstrings, adductors and the glutes. This exercise also relies on muscle activity at both the hip and ankle joints and recruits the abdominals and spinal erectors as well.

Strength & power exercises come in all shapes and sizes, and can be used for a variety of training goals. This video breaks down the plyometric box jump step by step for you to know exactly how to perform this movement safely and efficiently.

I saw a guy try and do a box jump with a loaded barbell on his shoulder. He didn't make it. And I wasn't surprised. But I enjoyed the tips that were given in the video. Ashley's legs are goals. I don't know what this obsession some people have with a thigh gap. I just want a fit and strong body.

I was doing 20 box jumps but now got a fear because I hit my shin and almost fell on my chin lol. We use wooden boxes! So now I have a fear. Do you know how I can get rid of the fear? I use weight plates and stack them to do my jumps. Please help!

At my school they do this level of box jumps and i cant do them since i am a bigginer and they think i can when i didnt get any practice yet so
