This wasn't a typical cardio dance & sculpting workout video, but I LOVED it soo much! It was weird, and different, and very inspiring. I would love to see more videos with Joie. I'm looking her up asap!

That stretch of jump cardio was something! I struggled to keep up since I have lousy stamina, and this wasn't a traditional dance workout, but I still liked it overall. Something different, and I loved that mind coordination arm warm up and jumping jack - so important to exercise the mind as well!

At the cool down I would have much rather done more stretching for the lower body considering how my calf’s felt instead of more arm stuff. As someone who has made the mistake of not stretching your calf’s after a run or hard workout, I made sure to stretch them after but if that wasn’t the case I wouldn’t have and I’d be in tons of pain tomorrow...

Joie is such a great instructor. This workout is a bit different from the other workouts on popsugar but it's just as amazing. Loved it!

this was amazing! my arms were sore start from the warm up! It was challenging, create for building strength, stamina, and new neurons (which is an added bonus). This will be a regular addition for me! Thanks so much popsugar for doing something outside of our perception of dance. Amazingggg!

Great workout. Definitely got my heart rate up. You definitely will have to do leg stretches on your own afterwards. There's a lot of jumping!
