This is where I tell women who are trying to figure out if a man really means what he says when he says he’s not ready for a relationship, if he says yes then it’s something he doesn’t really mean when he says he’s not ready to get into a relationship with.

The first thing you need to do is have a paradigm shift on relationships and how men make their decisions, men tend to make a decision based on self-interest. They want to know that this is the best thing for them and you want to know how to get him to commit to you, there are four things I recommend you do right away.

Tip #1 – Ensure That Every Interaction You Have With Your Ex Is Extremely Satisfying
I’ve been doing this a long time and explained the difference between good emotions and bad emotions, and how people get addicted to good emotions. So, when you speak to your ex and have these conversations you need to give your ex the good feelings inside that they are satisfied when having a conversation with you.

Tip #2 – Ensure You Are the Best Alternative
When an ex breaks up with you, that’s them thinking I can do better than you and they break up with you looking for better, oftentimes it is harder to get someone better than you especially if the relationship was longer. You can do things that were great about you and your relationship and your features and post on social media about it so that he is feeling he has missed out on something good.

Tip #3 – Make Him Invest A Lot
a lot of people think this is monetary investment, but this is also time, emotion investments the better position you are going to be in, the more invested they become the less likely they are going to be to exit the relationship.

Tip #4 – Fear of Loss
This is the thing, if you want to make someone commit to you then you need to then you need to get them invested into you, but what you need to do is establish the first three tips, satisfaction, investment and alternatives and you want to inflict fear of loss through dating other men.
