I have a situation I need advice on: my ex broke up with me a week ago after a 3 year relationship saying she was confused and didn’t know what to do but I begged for 3 days to stay together which didn’t work so I waited around 4 days an send “Hey, sorry I was acting the way I did a few days ago. That wasn’t me. I honestly feel just as stressed about other things in my life too and it won’t happen again. Wish you well.” She responded “It’s okay, I’ve been bitchy and angry lately too, I think it’s just stress and trying to deal with emotions. “ I then said “I’m open again to try again in the future but my mind has changed a lot sense we talked last and I need to work on myself for me and if I move on I move on” which she than said “That’s exactly where I’m at, focus on myself and ensure that I’m happy, let time heal a little bit and then if we find each other we find each other” Did I blow my chances of getting back together and will no contact work?

Did the no contact rule 29 days in she didn’t get in contact but liked a message I’d sent her literally 29 days before. Obviously she was reading our messages and did it for a reason to get my attention. I messaged her 2 days later to ask how she was. She told me she missed me and wanted to maybe go out. Thing is, I’d reconnected with a girl I’d known since I was a kid, I’m 39 she’s the same age we had a bit of a thing when we was 16. I’ve forgotten about my ex. I don’t want her back and never will. Like he broke up with me twice, first in December 2020and then at the end of march 2021 because of me. He was the one who came back and payed effort to win me but I kinda messed it up and made him feel certainly like he would be a second option ( which is not the case, as he was/ is always my best ), and from that moment he throw our relationship the window, just because I picked my words badly and mentioned another ex from some years ago ( who i would prefer to be happy with someone else not me ). But he behaved really nice after like he wanted to win me as a friend ( told me i was special to him - i think because i was very good to him in a certain situationship and in general) After 2 months of this friendship with him he posted a photo in his story like he was with a girl on summer beach ( althoughconfusing photo with his leg and a girl entering the sea from behind I was devastated ). Figured to respond him by trying to meet him as he needed to give him some medicine which was not urgent anyway. When I joked about the photo with him and I wished him all the best with the new girl but he denied like she was just a random girl. Few days after he send me a cute video and I didn't respond so 2 days after he followed a guy friend of mine he known from a mountain trip. After 4 days he tried to reach me like " Wassup? " and i am pretty sure he insisted anonymously trough other number to talk to me like a stranger that wants a blind date. Anyway I wanted to be in No Contact to him as i couldn't handle being his friend knowing he is with other girl. After 3 weeks we almost intersected and he tried instantly to change direction as he was with a woman both dressed for clubbing mode. I was on my bike and passing near them i smiled and he smiled like he was ashamed without a hello. Days and weeks passed by while i noticed he liked my comments and photos till February this year. I was quiet in ghosting mode till I couldn't no more and took advantage of a post he shared on Linkedin about his new job ( I helped him with the design of his resume 2 years ago which was really helpful for his new awesome job). So I congratulated him like we were some old acquaintances and his reaction was so warm with hugs emojis and being very keen on how i been doing. We chatted for 1 hour with a dried dead end ( no bye bye or good night) .. It was late anyway almost midnight. After midnight I asked him about something he told me that evening ( needy vibes). Which he responded 15 hours after (work mode i guess). Ten days after, he spontaneously received a message with a photo of my online shop like look how i'm evolving this that i told you about. And he asked something partially related ( learned he was sleepy/&drunk) and sent me a naughty message, which i subtly ignored or deviated. So I offered to make him a favor (custom wall art ) which i knew he possibly wanted since a year ago in exchange for his favor ( as he knew i am with no income since some months ago) to link my email to his partnered gym card ( which didn't cost anything just 2 min of his time). He asked me to talk in a call, preffering video call and I accepted a voice call. He talked a lot, me so so ( my life have been a mess in everything)and i was glad to know he was way so happy. The first one suggesting to leave the call was him ( my mistake) as it was late and we havent spoke for another 3 weeks when this sunday i wrote him that there are some big discounts for the most awaited festival in our country, if he donates blood. We chatted nicely for an hour and i felt he was really surprised or confused like if he came to take the discount there was a big chance to meet him in line. From all this I think that he was dumped or he ended a recent relationship. Also found him he liked me on Bumble few days ago and that he seeking something casual, but he deleted his account after only 1 week. Now i am more and more at peace with myself, focusing on my startup solopreneur business. Still i feel there will be months till i will be well and independent with my finances so maybe there will be a long way to the last stepping stone of rebuilding my life. My doubts that won't leave me alone are to the extent that would it be better to leave him alone, no contacting him or better show him I care about him as a friend, like he was really nice to me after we broke up...

6 months relationship ..I never cheated, never treat her bad, she ignored me during breakup days its like ghosting ..i reacted very emotionally and begged …she didnt give me genuine reason…After 45 days of no contact, i again reached to my ex very politely, she said she moved on in life you should move on too…. This statement brokes me completely..
