Your opening conversation was so powerful. Thank you for putting these thoughts into words. I work in healing and these words also helped describe how many view the healing process, because we all want to get out of pain quickly, but don’t recognize to enter the process of healing with these things in mind. That was such good wisdom and insight! Thank you! I am moving out into my day inspired and better equipped mentally! I also began to say “My body is a temple! I always love coming back to my body, and natural movement. It seems to me that the foundation of our health is within our grasp. And I feel so much joy when I move, such fulfillment and abundance, and the world is alright, when I take care of myself. Thank you for this beautiful practice friend. I think this is a beautiful way to look after yourself and therefore your health, in addition to gym workouts or any other type of exercise/ movement routine of course. I think the key is...move. Thats what makes us feel better, that's what alives us, awakens us, especially routines like these. I've been doing some anxiety of late, and I so needed this. Thanks again.
