How to Boot Up to the BIOS screen on the Surface Pro
1. With the Surface Pro turned off
2. Hold down the "Volume Up" button, keep holding it down
3. Push the "Power On" button normally as the "Volume Up" is still held down
4. BIOS screen with appear, release volume up
