I think the stat tracker is a mod called missing hud 2. Look it up on the subreddit. I see it there all the time and usually there's a link to the download.

i was playing the character isaac when i got judgement and an angel room, immediately popped the judgement and after that killed the angel, i rolled it with d6 and got crown of light, sacred heart and god head, i defeated mega satan with that, so Op
