Moment 15-year-old kidnap victim is shot dead by police

Police in California have released helicopter footage of the moment a kidnap victim was shot dead by police.

15-year-old Savannah Graziano was kidnapped by her father after her murdered her mother.

He then refused to stop for police.

When his car stopped his daughter fled and was shot by police officers.

not only did her father fail her, 7 officers who were meant to protect her failed her and murdered her in cold blood. How does one cop clearly know shes the victim but 6 others open fire on her? Why are they not releasing the names of the people who shot her? Could it be becasue they had no punishments and have been continuing to work for the department for the last two years after this Why is no one FIRED for this, this is clearly negligence at best. ALso how are they getting away with saying shes in riot gear when shes CLERLY NOT!!

This video was FINALLY released 18 months after a news agency filed for its release. No wonder there was so much foot-dragging. Savanah should have been their
