These kids were found alive years after they went missing. In 2022, Utah deputies made an astonishing discovery after approaching a man who was cold and down on his luck. In 2021, there were tears of joy when a family in China was reunited after over two decades. In 2023, a British boy who went missing at 11 years old in Spain was found years later safe in France. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more.

The second dad has to be one of the greatest fathers of all time.

They didnt do that dad justice and tell his story because he looked for his son for 24 years and while he did he drove like a crazy amount of miles and saved and returned a bunch of kids to their families while he looked for his own, he is truely a hero its worth looking up the full storyy

Could you imagine having to look for your child for 24 years? That is dedication and love on an whole other level. I know most parents would do anything for their child, but I know a lot would have given up after a decade let alone 24 years. Love that these stories had happy endings. Losing a child is the worst hell anyone can ever go through

Can't even imagine what a parent goes through when your own child is missing.

My father disappeared in 1986. No body was found, he was kayaking in the Hudson River, Yonkers NY. I was 9 years old and I still remember that last time we had together. It is wonderful to see a positive outcome for a tragic situation.

When kids don't want to be found, then that speaks volumes about how they were treated and why they ran away.

The two decade search for the son is heartbreaking. Glad they were reunited. That sweet, dedicated father. I hope whoever took his son is punished severely.

The second father warmed my heart up so much. The fact that he searched for 20 years was true dedication and perseverance. Seriously the best father of all time.

The girl who chose not to reunite…a kid doesn’t just run from home unless there’s a reason. That family has some explaining to do!

That father who spend over twenty years looking for his kid deserves some kind of award.

I feel like there is a reason why Emily left! Biggest indicator is that her parents didn't come forward, her cousin did. The fact that she doesn't want them to know her location speaks volumes. I hope the police aren't looking at this as a closed case. There needs to be an investigation into her life prior to running away.

Kids wandering off is one thing, but KIDNAPPING A KID AND SELLING HIM TO ANOTHER FAMILY?!
What is wrong with those people?!😮

The one with Autism really got me, especially with having it myself, it’s a relief he was found along with all the other missing children. They may be screwy sometimes but I’m glad law enforcement is always there when we need them!

My Brother has been missing since November 7th, 2015 and I still believe he is out there alive somewhere!

About Emily, I don’t know what could have made her runaway but I do hope the best. I can see how those worried about her could be upset, but there’s a reason, good or bad why she may have left. But most of all, thank goodness she’s still alive.
