Hello, dear folks,

This weeks meditation is a breathing exercise that we’ve found very calming.

Because there are a certain amount of breaths per minute, we have added a chime each breath. Once you have got into the rhythm you will be able to do this exercise anywhere and at any time.

I have been listening to this guided meditation for a whole month and my Brain is filled with pure oxygen I am now thinking with Balance and Clairaty.I thank God for this Guided meditation.🧘🏾🧖🏾

With a softer, deeper chime (like the deeper chimes in the blissful relaxation meditation with ocean waves) and if you cut the chimes off after say 5-8 minutes, this would be the ultimate relaxation/meditation exercise on the net. But still very well done.

What does the chime sound like? I think maybe they ring in tones that I am deaf to. I just heard the waves.

Can you explain how this was shown to aid anxiety and depression/ how regularly it was practiced to do so? I've been doing this meditation every day for about a month and while I do like the rythmic breathing I find I keep thinking about random things. It may just be best for me to do one of your other meditations that have more of a talk down to get me into a deep relaxation

I quite like it but maybe another version with a softer 'chime'? This bell chime is unfortunately a bit too sharp or loud for my ears.

I ended up doing breathes for the full 12 seconds. Wish there was a chime for every 6 seconds because otherwise you don’t know when to breathe out after 6.
