I'm a typical dude: legs and core. However, I love working my back, I move more weight than my buddy who is bigger. My legs are not toothpicks by any means, and I look balanced, but it is time to get uncomfortable and train to move some weight. Thanks Pernilla.

I don’t skip out on legs, but it’s my strongest area because as a pear shape I naturally have more muscular legs. I work legs because it’s essential. But I HaTE it. I also have previous knee issues from playing sports so I do what I can. People expect me to have high deadlift and squat max but I don’t. Now chest, back and ABS. I ❤ that

I don't like working out the core. And, legs, it depends. My favourite are arms and chest. Oh, amd I'm lacking on calfs, but, mine are naturally kind of built ok, so, once a weeek or two I do something targeting calfs

Dumbells have a better range of motion, since when are you concerned about what others think? You do you!

i prefer decline and incline not too heavy as i have a cracked vertebrae...

My biceps … OMG I always try to skip them and they just feel so weak 😂 but for some reason training my back is amazing and if I could I would train it every single day ❤❤🎉
