i use some 3 KG Ghee can to make it heavier on my neck as i been doing the ones you doing for like month so i do 1 set of 20 reps of same ones you doing

Be careful doing the upside down one, I did it and projectile vomited all over my wall

So what if my neck muscles are already stable and has no pain but I just want to straighten it. Would you recommend adding weights to it because I stood up with 100 pounds with the martial arts, spelt wrapped around the back of my head. And honestly, my back of my neck feels like it’s almost strained.

Is there a proper way to move your neck backwards? I was a bit confused by my physio (super quick session too), but he told me I was moving it back, wrongly. Told me to put my finger by my nose/lips and they're not supposed to move off my fingers when moving up. Is it because maybe I'm usually moving my head too far back? Or is the "bend", happening at the wrong spot? I also recently found out I have a slight hunch and have always been looking slightly upwards, instead of straight forward. at 32 it's daunting and defeating to know that I haven't even been existing the right way.

This is too fast and to big of a range of motion with anyone with neck issues and pain. You have to start much slower

I'm here bc i started doing ring pushups and when doing it i fell my neck so tired instead of the chest

“Minutes” 3x20 reps for 4 exercises is 240 total reps 3x a week is more than 700 reps💀💀
