आप एक्सरसाइज दो तरीके से बताते है वो बहुत अच्छा है जिसको नही जमेगा वो कर सकता है ऐसा भी बहुत अच्छा है पहली बार मैने ऐसा एक्सरसाइज देखा है बहुत ही अच्छा है दिल से आपका धन्यवाद दो हप्तो मे 2 किलो वजन घट गया 👌👌🤗🤗
