Too much of anything is bad for you. But a little every now and then as a treat wont really do much harm. If you listened to this video youd never do anything ever and die of stress anyway

I stopped drinking soda a year ago. Lost weight, gained stamina, and less headaches from not having all that caffeine

I quit smoking almost 2 years ago. One of the hardest things to quit.

Add to smartphone addiction: hand issues. There is a whole myriad of hand problems connected directly to the position smartphones have to be held in to type on them. If you text/social media all day you'll probably have problems with grip strength, among many others, later.

Quit soda almost 30 years ago. Quit drinking any form of alcohol over 15 years ago. Quit smoking 6+ years ago. Main things I have to still work on are the stress, eating processed foods and weight loss.
