First of all I am a new subscriber liked and I have shared because this is the first time since I have been a hundred pounds overweight that I see a video or even a channel thank heaven that is focused on letting you or showing you how to exercise standing up or without laying down when you're really heavy and this is my first time in my life being heavy at 56 years old because of surgery and toxins and medication pain medication that I had to take that related after the surgery or were required after the surgery now I have a exercise channel that has some videos pointed towards exercising so that we can lose weight without laying down until we're able to lay down thank you thank you thank you you are a brilliant brilliant person many more blessings 🙏🏾💪🏿👍🏿❤️🙏🏾

I travel the world searching out different buffets so I can sneak corndogs into them. I carry with me 6 corndogs stuffed away in my jackey pockets. I will then sneak them into the fried food sections of the buffet. It then, is a joy for me to see other patrons of the buffet enjoying my corndogs. They think they are part of the buffet. (;
