Loved this workout. Modified some of the squat segments for this 71 year old body😉. 330 calories but worked through the ads😊. Thanks for these workouts. Every one is great!

Just finished this lovely workout! Had to modify with the squats a little for these 61 yr old knees but I was sweating and that's the daily goal. Thank you for all you do to keep us in shape. I started out not being able to finish a 15 min workout but can now finish the over 30 min ones so that's great progress for me!

I mix this workout with 20 min dumble workout upperbody. And its hard but its fun. I feel challenged to do so much squat in this workout. Thank you Andrea. I really really love it. 😍🤗💪
