Vitamins support brain health. That seems somewhat obvious. Due to having an ADHD brain… I finally looked into what supplements actually improve brain function and what brain supplements may work to improve my brains current situation, because a situation it is. I’m so excited to learn about the supplements that improve my brain health because I know I don’t want to have dementia when I get older, it runs in my family! I want improved memory and brain function, and overall brain health. The healthier the brain the healthier the body. I’m excited to share with you the best supplements for brain power and what they do. There are so many good vitamins, supplements, and minerals for brain health that I could only touch the surface of everything that is out there! If anything, I hope I have sparked some curiosity for you to look into it for yourself! I would love to know what you have found out and please share them in the comment section below! Right now I am currently taking Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Vitamin B, and some probiotics to name a few. There is so much that goes into taking care of you brain…I know vitamins and supplements are just a fraction of what you need to do, but it is a quick and easy step you can take to help your mind function better.

Fish oil, magnesium and probiotics are on my standard rotation list. This is a great list of vitamins and why they're helpful :)

Love following you. Love your energy and of course....the BRAIN is soooo interesting. I love talking about our mind, our thoughts and how we create our reality.
But your question is about supplements and well....not a big fan, but I do Love to read about it, know about it, study it and I do some cures of supplements. Calcium, magnesium and yes, probiotics you mentioned too, and there are so many kinds of them, I'm still undecided.

PSA: for vegans there is a vegan DHA supplement that you can take in place of fish oil!
