I stop taking adhd meds since 2015 due to expensive and its really hard to find. Then i found out that B complex, omega 3's, santy barley, breakfast and run trice a week can improve my ADHD. Right now im taking all those suppliments for 9 years and everything changed! Including motivation to work, to complete my task, run trice a week, free from depression and anxiety, and im able to catch easily the lectures.

Yes!! After my doctor pointed out my low b12, I started doing some research and made some connections to why I was feeling so fatigued, unmotivated and depressed most of the time. It's important to check these things instead of assuming it's just mental health issues all the time!

Regarding vitamin b12, I saw a clear difference with the more absorbable methylcobalamin 5000mcg.
I was able to sleep deeply with all the relief of head aches. My head is clear. People who have been deficient for a long time should take it well for a period of time.

My D vitamin had been dangerously low for years without me knowing it. I had severe depression, fatigue, hair loss and chronic pain. Make sure you take the proper form of B12 methyl cobalamin, not the one made with cyanide cyanocobalamin. Be healthy y'all. 💯❤️🙏🏿

Self-felt Symptoms of B12:
- Over sleeping + Long Daytime Sleeps
- Tired All Day
- Low attention to what is happening, what one is speaking
- Hard to express anything, can't find the right words to form sentence, even if they are very simple.
- Short Term Memory Loss. Forgets everything within 30 seconds. "Did I lock my apartment?" 😂
- Can't focus on what one is speaking!
Solution: 1500 mg metylcobalamin for 40 days and you're back to normal. Btw get it checked before and after.

Exactly if you're feeling weird or anything or suffering from some diseases you're low on Vitamins. You don't need medications but vitamins and minerals. Since i understood this most of my problems cured.🎉

Ironically enough I take vitamin B12 every morning along with vitamin D, Zinc and a multivitamin. I also drink a veggie and fruit mixed drink every other day

Take b with c. In college that's what l took tried to eat as good as budget allowed. Everyone was on coffees and whatever to keep them alert to study.
