I've been on a few of these for a few weeks..krill oil, nutritional yeast, probiotics, lionmane mushroom (also MCT oil)... I haven't felt this good for over a decade..was on my way to an early urn... I know things are going to get even better as I put more good stuff in and take out the crap. Thank you ❤ 🌎 ✌

I dint disagree, I ve tried many of these and they work, but I have to say that nothing boosts your brain better from a restful subconscious mind. Psychotherapy helps the unconcious be conscious and Examined and resolved. Its like a computer making hundreds of tasks simultaneously in the background. There are no resources left to do the job. I agree with the optimisation of nutrition but the inner game is also very important.

If there is medicine💊 i really want to take it. I have low focus, low concentration, low memory, forgetness like fatigue dullness etc. I can't read 📖books. Nothing comes in my mind.
