I fixed my brain fog with circadian biology: basically getting a lot of sunlight during the days and blocking fake light at night. Highly recommend looking into this if you struggle! Supplements did nothing for me 🤷‍♀

I had severe iron deficiency, Vit D, B12 deficiency for many years that caused brain fog. It went away after reversing these deficiencies

Alpha Linoleic Acid (ALA) actually is an omega three acid, but a shorter one (18 carbon atoms) than EPA (20) and DHA (22). It gets converted (elongated) in your body to EPA and DHA. Some people are genetically predisposed to have difficulty with this conversion, so for them, supplementation may indeed be a good idea. Lowering your intake of Linoleic Acid (LA, omega 6) may also help converting ALA to EPA and DHA.

Great content. People should also be aware of fungal infections, not just the toxic black mold that is spreading in North America. Even the common fungal infections can impact the brain through the circulatory system.

Brain fog for me feels as if they injected me with a terrible drug. Foggy brain. Foggy vision. Fatigue as if I'm loosing my consciousness.. It's terrible... and it's happens almost daily..🥺 4 years ago I was infected at the dentist and still suffer severe health consequences...

It’s referred to as spleen qi deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine . Spleen takes nutrients and minerals from digested food and transport it to areas needed in the body . If your spleen is weak your brain won’t get nutrients minerals etc no matter what your diet and supplements intake is .

A large swollen tongue with a pale colour will indicate a spleen issue and cracks appearing in the middle of the tongue is spleen and stomach weakness . For the naysayers and tcm is over 5000 years old so it must be doing something right if it’s trusted the last 5000 years
