I do all of these things as well as running and weight training 5-6 days per week.I am 63💪🏼Fitness is a lifestyle.If you did just these things and some cardio?You will definitely feel better and look better.

I used to do only pushups, sit-ups, and squats. Recently got a power tower and wow. Adding dips and pull-ups rounds things out for me perfectly. I feel amazing. Not looking to build muscle nor to do anything extraordinary, just to stay strong enough and feel great. I'm 56 and can run circles around the kids at work.
