I am 94 1/2 exercise since I am 89. I do and Love everything you did show and of course much more. Dumbbells are my favorite and do Total Body strength training 3 times a week, also other exercises, like yoga etc. I love my life in my nineties, never thought it would bring so much joy.
Would like to see exercises done by and for people in their nineties.

Very good advice. I am 71 and doing these exercises as part of my workouts has been very beneficial. 100x squats, 100x burpees, 3x30 Pushups, 3x50 Mountain climbers

I am 56. Shortly going into deep meditation practice.These exercises have helped me immensely in regaining muscle flexibility . Previously, sitting on the floor in cross legged position was a huge task which lasted for not more than 20 minutes.Now, its 90 minutes of effortless sitting posture.Thanks a ton .

I’m 61… started doing these exercises and 2 weeks later I’m 45…gonna stick with it until I’m 32 and get a different wife 🤞🏻

An excellent choice of exercises, although personally I'd include pull-ups...slow, steady, straight up & down...walking and / or swimming, cycling.

One thing I find by having a regular morning fitness routine it enhances regularity with the daily bowel movement too. Our body is a complex adaptive system and daily exercise has absolute benefits to overall health and longevity. If you want to be healthy and grow old doing it you have to work at it. Nothing is free in this world. Great instructional video on correct exercise technique. 👍

With mucho arthritis and instability in my knees, I contract my Quads and hamstrings isometrically without bearing weight. Be sure to breathe freely to avoid raising BP. Relax the muscles to extend and bend your leg to assume various positions for the exercise.

Good good night people. Am 67and 1/2 and I must say that exercise is one of the best thing..if not the best thing that we must engage in for good health. Am addicted to it .I play football with younger guys between the ages of 25 to 40 and I am very relevant on the field

Good video demonstrating 5 excellent exercises. My only quible is the bland statements stating 3 x 10 sets etc. as being ideal.

If you are new to these exercises I would suggest you see the figures stated as a target. I am a reasonably fit 71 yold. I cycle between 3 to 400km per week. I also try to walk/jog once or twice a week. About a year ago I decided that I should do more different exercises. When I was a young man I did a lot of marshal arts training. As part of my warm up I would do 3 x 60 pushups. So I thought I would do some pushups.

Shock and horror I could not do a single pushup. I set myself a target to build up lto 10 pushups. It took a while a couple of weeks if I remember correctly. I will take the same approach to these 5 exercises. I might take a month to achieve the stated ideal targets. As you age risk of injury increases. Anything new greatly increases the risk.

I exercise today so that I can exercise tomorrow. Push hard as gently and carefully as possible..This was also true when I was 25 and training hard 6 days a week sometimes twice a day. We have save limits for exercise. Explore those limits carefully with sensitivity and intelligence.

Excellent guide to great quality of life, particularly after crossing 70.
I am 78 and do a few of them. I follow the bicycle routine of 30 km a week also. I will include the Plank now on.
