Thanks, Dr.'s, for these stretches! A few years ago, I had frozen shoulder in my dominate arm, then in my opposite arm. That pain and reduced range of motion were so horrible... thankfully, my then boyfriend, now husband is a PT, which helped immensely. 😊

My back in the top middle has been stiff and every 3 hours I can crack and pop it .. no sharp pains at all just annoying.. never had any back or neck issues ever .. I’ve been using an air mattress and going heavy at work lifting furniture but nothing like an injury.. just tightness and crunching that won’t go away .. .. the stretching I see here helps a lot but it just comes right back .. can you do a another video for this area .. you guys rock .. I’m Mike from Wayfair Warehouse in Cranbury NJ .. you can shout me out .. I’m entering the Give away too !! Big fan so far

Before I try these I have a question, please. I think I damaged my rotator cuff or shoulder as I haven't been able to use my arm for 2 months since I felt a pop in my bicep. Prior to that i had shoulder and elbow pain for 2 weeks. I can't afford to go to the doc so I just want to make sure these won't do more damage if my suspicions are correct. Ty

I get scrunchy noises if move raised arm forward & back out to side. Uncomfortable, but feels better afterwards.
A doctor could hear it across the room and said it was arthritis. suggested surgery. Ordered MRI but virus has shut down appointments.
Can you do more exercises for this particular problem. I do not want to do wrong thing and damage anything. Will PT help this condition?

My shoulder is also swollen down to above my elbow area, can I try these before I see a Doctor? I've been dealing with this for at least six months. I just read that you don't answer comments but am posting just incase.

I don't know what I have, what I do know is that, every time I sleep on my left side, wake up with pain in the middle of the night and need to sleep belly up, but don't know if it's shoulder exactly, because it's a little bit bellow the shoulder, as always you guys are brilliant and funny, keep safe out there (inside)

I have the feeling (in both shoulders, right worse though) that it’s like my arm is being pulled and my shoulder is just out of socket- but it’s all the time no matter what I do or how I position arms. But at the same time they always feel like they need to pop or crack. I’ve had same feeling before in right shoulder and PT at the time said I had an “almost frozen shoulder”. I can’t remember exercises I did back then. If I’m having that now, will these help? Because of the ones I’ve tried, they just hurt a lot..
