I used to do this movement when i got my period to go to sleep to soothe cramps. Every now and again i would just do it just because of the way i felt...relaxed the body know how to heal itself, we just have to get out the way!😊

I rock back and forth or side to side a lot. I thought it was because of back pain but now I'm realizing it's to lower cortisol. I'm self soothing I guess.
