All levels of yoga are welcome but this is especially beginner friendly routine that you can easily fit into your morning even if you were in a rush. A few simple poses to wake up your body and get you going while also starting your day with a calm mind. Even if you didn't have time in the morning, you can still fit these five minutes of yoga into your day and zone out of the world's hecticity for a little bit.

My first fives minutes of yoga ever ! This is after 18 hours of tennis and football ( fives a side ) in 3 days . Thanks . Has helped me with some cramps and overall muscle tightness .

Hi, I am a superbiginner, quite stiff and old! Finally I found a perfect way to begin day ....without overstress! It is a very efficient starting approach. Now I need consistency.😊

Thank you so much for your vids, I have a very busy life and a physical condition that causes me pain every day. Taking on 30 minutes or more of yoga is me signing up for days of pain. Starting with 5 minutes here and there is (hopefully) going to help me so much in the long run. *hugs* Thank you!
