I maintain that it is a huge mistake to only put new videos on another website. On a 350 with a high rise intake would a 750 double pumper from Edelbrock be a good choice? I only paid $200 new out of the box and i will tune it but i wanted to know if it seems like a good choice

So quick tuning quesiton, Im learning alot from your show and im narrowing down my trouble shooting on my 1971 ford 351 cleveland and got a new top end intake, exluding heads. Im looking into tuning the edelbrock and seeing the different jet and metering rod combos i can do but the grid that shows Cruising/Power Mode is confusing. Can you help me elaborate at all? Im led to believe my motor is running rich and im focusing on easy to access adjustments to see if it helps at all. (quick open throttle causing backfire thru carb) no vacuum leaks and new timing chain
