I took my car to an autoshop. That auto shop got set on fire by someone. I had to personally call the guys insurance because I only pay for liability or so I was told by my insurance company. I get ahold of the person I'm supposed to get answers back from 1-2 weeks later. That person tells me that they were going to deny the coverage to my car because the fire was due to arson and the insurance doesn't cover negligence. Me being young and inexperienced said 'OK I'll see what I can do". My neighbor tells me that they are messing with me. I have now been without a car over a month now. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?

I was side hit on the freeway she brook my whole front both wheel axle. I pay 960$ for both. Not insurance adjuster just want to oay me wat a cheap beat up used kia sells for on the streets. My kia was in too shape. Because i need it to be. I drive 81 miles daily to work. The car is very reliable so i only got original kia parts Because the original axle lasted 12 years
