If you're on levels 1 and 2. DO NOT place your hands like this dude on the video, because you'll completely f*ck up your shoulder joints and mess the whole movement

Place your hands sideways (fingers pointing to each side)

That's exactly the type of placement you have when you're using bars (whic this guy does to after lvl 3)
