Words cannot describe how grateful I am that I stumbled across your channel. I am 19 fresh out of school and my dad has cancer and my mom is sick. I can't afford to go to uni and I'm working sometimes 12 or 16 hours for the day to make ends meet. Due to the stress I gained a 100 pounds in a year. Now thanks to you I am 40 pounds lighter and in a better mental frame of mind. I was spiraling downhill so badly. Team body project, your motivating and uplifting and kind words along with Pastor Steven Furtick saved my life. I am eternally thankful. One day I hope when I am financially stable I wish to join the team. For now itll be a dream. Thank you so much.

Your workouts are amazing. I’ve been doing them for about three months daily. I’ve lost a lot of stomach fat and gained a lot of muscle in my arms and chest. You make the workouts so much fun and challenging. I look forward to the workouts every day. I’m 74 years old and feel 45 yers old and sometimes younger since I’ve begun. I believe you are helping a lot of people, young and old. God bless you and your team.

Great Daniel! I am 74 and my wife is 70. We live near Liverpool, England and have used your exercises 3 times a week for the past 9 months - never once have we paused the session. For a person who is overweight and considered "obese" according to medical standards I want to say "Thank you"!! Thank you for designing workouts where I can sweat buckets but not have to jump around and get on the floor to do it!! I'm fighting for my life right now and these workouts are helping me get back on track. Keep it coming!!

I never comment on videos but I cannot say enough good things about this man and his workout videos. I first did the 30 min fat burning home workout for beginners and I have since done 2 other videos. His encouragement to take things at my pace, accept the win and be proud of it because no one can take that from me moved me to tears. It was validation and acceptance of my efforts no matter how I would judge/grade them myself, and an applauding of my willingness to show up and do the work. “It's a win”. It felt like a metaphor for my life right now. Just show up. Put in the effort. Whatever you've done, it's over. Count it as a win because you finished today not because everything is solved.

Thank you for doing these videos. Thank you for putting in the time and effort to take care of us even when you don’t know us. THANK YOU for feeding into not just our physical self, but also our minds, and our hearts!

This is the first time I’ve seen a trainer not complete the set and just be normal about it. Just like your motto, it doesn’t have to be perfect, we just have to show up and do the best we can. It makes these workouts so much more relatable and makes me feel so much more positive about working out. Thanks so much to you and your team, Daniel!

You are not going to believe how I’m so grateful for you today!.. my 14 year old son joined me in this workout. This was his first time working out with weights and he told me that he likes your channel. He enjoyed the workout it was a challenge for him.

Daniel I serendipitous came across Body Project Starter on the 4th January 2023. I have consistently been doing your workouts, and I have lost 20kg. Thanks for making me feel like a warrior. Thank you for giving me the option of the pause function. Thank you for being so authentic. Other videos the instructors are so perfect they can't relate that sometimes every movement is a struggle. You let us see how difficult some exercises are, you
acknowledge my struggle. That's why your videos are my first choice.

I'm stuck in the house, as most of us are. At 73 years young, I would normally go to the gym 5 days / week. You have provided a wonderful substitute. I've done aerobics with you, and this is my first resistance-only workout with you. Thanks for a nice change of pace. You guys please stay safe and sane during these uncertain times.

I have been trying to lose weight, enrolled into gyms and was never regular. Being obese, exercising was like punishment for me. I would hit the gym twice
a week and barely lasted a month. A month back I found these videos and I have working out consistently 5 days a week. I can see the difference, looser clothing. I am so fired up. This guy makes me look forward to exercising and never giving up. Discipline and not motivation! These exercises are designed for everyone! Loving it!

I'm from Australia, I've been doing these workouts since January 2019 and haven't stopped. I've always hated exercise but this channel has continued to make me want to do it. Your honesty and grounded attitude towards each workout is so unbelievably refreshing. I just want to express my gratitude to the whole body project team for keeping me sane, especially during the Pandemic! When I gained weight before and during the pandemic, I did this workout along with the Body Project beginner cardio consistently everyday for 2 months and I lost 12lbs + I gained muscles so I my friends say I look thinner than I actually am because of the muscles I gained on my legs and arms as well as core. I still do one or two of their workouts 2-3x a week to maintain my weight but whenever I need to lose some, I know I just need to do a combination of resistance and cardio and it works for me every time.
