Thank you, Ron. I'll try it. My left elbow is the one that causes pain when I Tri push down. In fact, the left elbow is a little bigger than my right elbow. Through the years (70 yrs old ) I've done the push down regardless of the pain. So maybe that's why my left elbow bone is bigger. Thank you again. Jose

Started doing this today and felt more of a pump doing pushdowns with 8kgs then ever before. Thanks Ron! The contraction is insane

Wear elbow straps, lower th weight slightly, most importantly warm up those joints first.
If it's the 1st incident of pain Golfers or tennis elbow, massage out those tendons then ice it for 20 mins, then apply Voltarol, if it's happened before 20 mins Heat pad, then use Voltarol.💪🏼

Thank you so much dude, i was using way to heavy weight and using momentum to get it down, this really helped my pain and know when i do the exercise it does not hurt anymore

Ron. You the Man. Thanks. I needed this video. Just worked triceps yesterday. I recently I notice when doing tricep push downs have pain in my right elbow. I will employ your tips on my next tricep workout.

Great advice. Was able to do the exercise without pain. I did drop the weight some but with this technique got a great burn regardless.

Thank you very much, I have been getting mild elbow pain and harsh knee pain as of late. I have had to stop all high impact on lower body and I dont want that to happen to upper. My elbows tend to hurt after tricep push downs and lat pull downs, always trying to find form tips. I'll take your advice, make sure to tighten arms before push down and not let my elbows flair
