Thank you so much for this, I was struggling with minor popping and grinding in my left elbow, I did this stretch literally once for ten seconds and the grinding disappeared and the popping eased off. Now I`m going to add this to my warm ups from now on.

Wow. I wasn't even getting popping or clicking, just straight-up agonizing pain in the elbow of one arm whenever I tried to lift one hand up to shoulder level or carry anything. It had been going on for weeks when my wife pointed me to this video, I tried the exercises at my desk while I was watching it and it was already feeling a lot better at the end of the nine minutes. I'd even been trying quite similar stretches but hadn't realised the importance of rotating the arm correctly while doing them. A day later and I'm barely even noticing the problem any more - thanks a lot!

This is an easy exercise to address upper arm flab also! Having shoulder impingement in both shoulders, a lot exercises are difficult and painful. Just saw upper arm muscles tighten and flex! Elbow feels better TOO. Thank you so much! I always follow your ATM advice and it works so well.

I have had an injury in my left elbow for 9 months now, it wasn't bad at first but it picked up on the severity after a few weeks. Doctors told me the same thing, just wait, just stop playing basketball, but I never got pain from playing basketball. Usually I would get pain after I woke up, sleeping on my left arm and after being in a fixed position for a while. The second I tried this, my elbow stopped clicking, and for me the pain came from the clicking. THANK YOU. I feel like people over look the elbow as an important joint to strengthen, that was me at one point, never again.

Thank you so much, I just started these exercises and straight away I heard the popping be reduced by A LOT! And when I was finished with the exercises I heard little to no pop! I will be doing these 2-3 a week. I have had this popping and discomfort for a long time now. But it’s slowly going away, Thank you. ❤

These are great exercises for most situations, but be aware that rarely the popping comes from ulnar nerve subluxation, which you have to be much more careful about. If you don't see improvement after a few weeks, or if you experience finger numbness or tingling, even just for a moment around the popping, please see a doctor.

Thanks. Lying on the bed and holding mobile phone in left hand with flexed position for hours caused me this. I am having my Gym setup at home and looking to add more of extension exercises at the elbow now. Thanks

Thanks, the wall stretch really lessened the clicking in my elbows. I'm gonna do it twice a day for now.

Perfect! I've got popping, no pain, so I'm going to see if this is my issue. Probably is. It's the same as being in the standing and sitting positions all the time and wondering why I couldn't get up from the floor! Thanks for this enlightening information. You're awesome. And you're so right about doctors and THEIR agendas. If we can fix ourselves, it saves time, money, and stops the abuse of the healthcare system. When will everyone wise up?

Really enjoyed this video, thank you so much! I have fractured my radial head three times and been struggling with a flare up of pain. Hopefully this will help me keep going to the gym and active, I hate when I have to take breaks for injuries! Thank you!

thank you. I thought my elbow was hyperextended and totally screwed but the bicep stretch got rid of the popping
