Shoulder challenge or witchcraft ritual? Either way, great things will happen. This looks like a game, but it is actually a movement that I do once in awhile to help strengthen my end-range of motion in shoulder flexion, horizontal abduction, and extension. The hardest position is the arms overhead in flexion.

This challenge can be done one arm at a time, which will make it much easier. When doing one arm, it allows you to cheat a little bit by leaning away from the side that is working.

When you use both arms, you can't lean either direction, forcing your shoulder to do all the work.
